Grind up a pinch of saffron and a pinch of course salt to add some grit then pour hot water over it and let it steep for a rich saffron extraction perfect for pouring over Persian rice or into a Spanish paella.

Most of our dried herbs and spices are grown, harvested, and dried by hand and come straight out of our beer garden (saffron not included of course). And season permitting are picked, dried, and packed to order to provide you with the freshest possible ingredients.
